I94 East-West Corridor, Milwaukee, Milwaukee County

The project expands the I94 East-West corridor, between 70th and 16th street, to an eight-lane freeway. As part of this project, TerraVenture Advisors is responsible for completing the Relocations affiliated with the early buyout parcels as well as the Demolition Contracting (as WisDOT SE Region property manager). There are a total of six early buyout parcels consisting of twelve nonresidential relocations and one residential relocation. Relocation services are currently in progress.
